Complete Highstarts come complete with rubber, line, parachute and stake wound on a cord reel. 4m Highstarts are suitable for sailplanes up to 160oz. This rubber is a lot of work to stretch, the 3m rubber will launch most 4m planes. People who order 4m rubber generally want a strong zoom launch.
